It may help if we provide a brief run-down of our experience and general background.
Antonietta Neighbour
Teaching for over 20 years.
Head of Business Studies department for 12 of these years.
Almost completed my MEd at QUT
Appointed as the TL (7-12) at an all boys school (5-12) in Brisbane.
My only experience has been on vLibrary and obviously this has been limited.
Our Junior Library (5-6) is currently using Alice but we are negotiating the use of one LMS across the school and vLibrary is probably going to be 'it'.

Teaching and educational administration for 37 years
Head of Library Terrace ( St Joseph's College, Gregory Terrace, Spring Hill). EREA school boys Years 5-12. Only one library 1400 students with me, 1 TL and 3 aides.
In libraries since 2001 full time. Humanities secondary teacher trained - History, Geography, Economics etc
MTL completed 2006 from CSU
I have had experience of quite a few library systems and all have a few flaws but since 1 August 2011 e/vlibrary is LMS. This changed at the beginning of 2010 from Oliver so it is also unlikley to change although I looked very seriously at Koha ( open source ) at end last year but the aide who has the most experience said she would like to persist a bit longer and with all the other issues I have I have peservered.
